Jump into the new year feeling good and mobile in your body! We’re going to complete a whole body joint flossing routine to start your New Year off right! We will deep dive into the smaller movements of our joints, beginning at our feet and working our way up through every joint in our body!! Joint flossing helps reduce pain and soreness by creating more proprioception, movement, awareness and resiliency in your joints and movements.
When your joints are moving properly, the muscles respond to the joints ability move. When your joints and muscles move properly, you get pain free movement that keeps you doing what you love! If you’ve been to a class of mine before, you will leave feeling a deep calm in your joints, muscles and nervous system.
When: Wednesday January 3rd 2024 @ 10.30am pst
Where: Online via a Zoom
Cost: $40 +tax
How long: 1.5 hours (10.30am – 12noon)
What you will need: space to lay down and move around. Lacrosse ball (or similar, tennis, golf, etc. I have lacrosse balls for $5 at my clinic if you are local). Pen and paper if you want to take notes.

- Intro to body awareness, central nervous system responses
- Foot rolling with lax ball
- Joint flossing of lower body
- Joint flossing of upper body
- Joint flossing of spine and ribs
- Post class debrief: share experiences, comments, questions.
