Glad to be back in my beauty treatment room! For t Glad to be back in my beauty treatment room! For those that don’t know, I (Kerri) broke my foot a few weeks ago. I fracture the base of the 5th metatarsal on my left foot. The little ittiest bittiest fracture. Feel free to ask me how! 😂 I’ve spent the last 2 weeks non-weight bearing, in crutches, and wearing a walking boot for compression and support. I’ve been gradually putting weight on it while keeping up with my exercises to maintain mobility, flexibility, strength and proprioception. Where now I feel confident enough to return taking clients! #MomentumWL #fracturerehab #Athletictherapy #williamslakebc
