This is a total myth! I usually find that a 'tight

This is a total myth! I usually find that a 'tight muscle' is more likely symptom or compensation from elsewhere in the body - it's being recruited to help stabilze another area where there is an injury or dysfunciton. If you release this tight muscle without knowing WHY it is tight, you could be taking away resources for your body to function, and in turn creating more or possibly sub-optimal compensations. Find the cause treat the cause - not just the symptom!

New clinic, new name! We are very excited to announce a little branding update to accompany the new physical clinic! You’ll notice over the next few weeks, we’ll be updating from Kerri Dunsmore Athletic Therapy to Momentum Therapy & Movement!

Momentum has new therapists that are ready to help you with your injury or soreness… like right now!! Contact the clinic to book in.

We will also be having MORE MOVEMENT and rehab specific classes in one of our new spaces.
